ELCJHL Celebrates International Women's Day

This Sunday, several ELCJHL congregations marked International Women’s Day with women-led services and prayers. Today and every day we give thanks for the women of our church, society, and world, and uplift their strength, wisdom, and leadership.

This year especially we pray for all women afflicted by war, violence, displacement, fear, and grief. We lift up our prayers for justice and peace for Palestinian women and all women of the world.
